I did a family shoot with the lovely Holman family a few months ago, and in October, Oisin arrived safe and well. And just check him out. Delicious baby toes and squidgy hands and a big brother who gives a lot of cuddles.

Yip, you heard us. We’re hiring.

We’re looking for really great wedding photographers from all over Ireland to join our crew. We’re looking for enthusiasm, passion, humour, the ability to produce great work and be good fun at the same time.

Over the last few years we’ve worked really hard at becoming known for giving our clients great service as well as beautiful images. We would love to shoot the wedding of everybody who enquires but we can’t be in Kerry, Belfast and Sligo on the same day.

We’re really nervous about this. We’re not sure we’ll be able to find photographers to work with us who will have the same commitment and passion that we do. But we’ve decided to give it a try.

Perhaps you’re an art school grad who wants to build a photography career. Come shoot with us and we’ll give you full training. You’ll spend some time as a second shooter before taking on your own assignments.

Or maybe you are already a wedding photographer but are stuggling to meet the demands of admin, accounting, VAT returns, managing, selling, and long days of post-processing. You started your business because you love photography. Come shoot with us, rediscover why you loved photography, and get your life back.

Ailsa and Nigel: LoveShoot!

Ailsa and Nigel are getting married in a few weeks in a mince-pies, christmassy, silvery wintery kind of wedding. Here they are looking all foxy and serious on their LoveShoot. I’m thinking Nigel = Kevin Spacey. Looking forward to your very cool wedding next month!

Rebecca and Kyle: Wedding!

Rebecca and Kyle got married over the summer!!! At times during the day it was a HOWLING gale - seriously. The rain was bouncing off the ground and then all of a sudden it was sunny. So we had an ace time dodging showers - and Rebecca was well up for clambering around in her dress. Kenny didn’t make this one as he was in bed with the dreaded flu. But I had the marvellous help and good humour of Chris to thank for helping me out on the day. Here are some of my favourites from the day.

And there was bunting. A whole stack of hand-made-by-the-groom-afternoon-tea-party-bunting. YUM. That’s what that was - I wanted to take it all home.

Turns out my 2 favourite things are now shoes and bunting. Who knew?

Breda and Ray: Wedding!

Breda and Ray got married in Donegal. There was a good amount of girly giggling (and some teary eyes in the morning)

There was one v cute flowergirl who became my new best friend. But Breda said it wouldn’t last. Sigh.

Yep. Stunning.

Breda and Ray got married in one rocking ceremony in Donegal. It was packed and the atmosphere was amazing.

Pub stop en route to the reception.

Kenny found an old run down cottage by the side of the road and then hauled us through some undergrowth. But man, so worth it.

And the shoes? I had both bride and groom shoe envy. Check these guys out.

This is one active wee guy - he was on his dad’s bike, driving the car and there was all manner of larking about. And he was truly delighted to show me his shoes. Which, as we know makes me very happy.

Samantha and James: Wedding!

Samantha and James got married! Yay! It was totally lovely to work with both of them and we felt so welcomed by their families. Here are some images from their gorgeous day. I think my favourite is the cake - which is unusual for me as I’m not normally a cake kinda gal. But in this case turns out I am!
